Nina & Theo are partners that exude love, adoration & respect for one another. Not only did they get married once, but twice! Their first wedding was in true elopement fashion, with Flora Pop in Joshua Tree, CA. So when they decided to do it all again in Palm Springs for their friends & family, it had to be in a similar way. They began planning a year in advance because both Nina & Theo have family in other countries, Sweden & Iran. All plans were moving perfectly along until a certain travel ban was placed on the United States, blocking even refugees to enter our country, Nina's mom and family almost didn't make it through security. It was a stern & sad wake-up call for everyone involved, because so much planning was made to have all their loved ones present. In the end it all worked out, which made this wedding even more special & important for Nina & Theo. Their vows were spoken both in Swedish & English & tears were shed as they made promises to each other on their 1 year wedding anniversary. A small group with a backdrop of mountains & giant wind turbines, allowed for the two to be playful in the wind & celebrate with champagne glasses in hand.
